Employer Branding & Internal Communication

Job description

Employer Branding (40%) 

  • Proactively propose the communication & advertising campaigns that help increase brand visibility/awareness in a way that supports the employer brand strategy & recruitment needs. 
  • Own and lead the company’s presence on social media including LinkedIn, Facebook Careers, Facebook group, and career job boards. 
  • Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events. 
  • Cooperate closely with Talent Acquisition Team to build Sourcing Plan/ Strategies. 

Employee Engagement (40%) 

  • Lead monthly engagement activities to engage talents including but not limited to company outings, new year/year-end parties, townhallsl, seasonal events… 
  • Plan and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to conduct internal activities that strengthen company culture and employee experiences. 

Internal Communication & Graphic Designer & Admin (20%) 

  • Define strategic topics, develop compelling stories, and create fascinating messages that are in line with the corporate message house. 
  • Manage and supervise the delivery of stories to our people by deploying a variety of internal communication platforms including but not limited to emails, internal hub on, Facebook Internal Group, LinkedIn… 
  • Create new ideas and produce visuals to promote communications for internal and external platforms serving corporate campaigns. 

Job requirements

  • 1-3 years in employee engagement, employer branding, and internal/corporate communications. Experience in the Retail industry is highly desirable. 
  • Experience in designing (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop…) is a plus and delivering internal communications campaigns with impact. 
  • Excellent at project management, logical thinking, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Dynamic, creative, and have good conceptual skills to formulate innovative ideas. 
  • Up to date with the market trends/innovative communication approaches.
